Taxes and Legal Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for their own tax filings and compliance with all applicable local laws. My Energy Flow does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of affiliates. You agree to satisfy any tax obligations arising from commissions or other payments received through the program.

Use of Brand Assets and Trademarks

• Affiliates may not create their own My Energy Flow logos, product graphics, or branded materials. Only approved brand assets may be used, and only in the formats provided by My Energy Flow.
• Affiliates may not register or use domain names, social handles, profiles, or advertising accounts containing My Energy Flow trademarks or confusingly similar variations.
• Affiliates may not imply that they are My Energy Flow, officially endorsed beyond the affiliate relationship, or acting on behalf of My Energy Flow in customer support, medical, or legal capacities.

Prohibited Traffic Sources and Activities

• Paid advertising that bids on My Energy Flow trademarks, brand names, or misspellings.
• Coupon sites, deal aggregators, cashback sites, or discount marketplaces, unless explicitly approved in writing.
• Unsolicited emails, spam messages, comment spam, or any other form of intrusive or deceptive outreach.
• Bots, fake traffic, incentivized clicks, or artificial engagement intended to inflate commissions.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws, advertising regulations, or platform-specific terms (such as Google, Meta, or YouTube policies).

No Income Guarantees

The My Energy Flow Affiliate Program is designed to provide an opportunity to earn commissions by sharing our products in a respectful and compliant way. However, we do not guarantee any specific earnings, performance, or results. Your outcomes depend on your own efforts, audience, and promotional approach.

Data and Privacy

Affiliates must handle any data obtained in connection with the program in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Affiliates should not collect, store, or use customers’ personal information beyond what is necessary for legitimate communication and must not sell or share such data with unauthorized third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Energy Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability in connection with the program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Energy Flow, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Affiliate Program, your promotional activities, or your breach of these terms or any applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Affiliate Program terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the program shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
