2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or other jurisdiction of residence to place an order.
If you permit another person to use your account, device, or payment method, you are responsible for ensuring that person is authorized to do so and complies with these Terms.
You may use the website and products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, product instructions, safety requirements, and manufacturer documentation.
3. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, pricing, availability, compatibility information, and delivery details.
Product information may be supplied by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Packaging, finishes, features, specifications, accessories, availability, and manufacturer documentation may change without notice.
Colours and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and manufacturing variation.
Before purchasing, review the applicable:
- Product description and specifications.
- Dimensions and space requirements.
- Electrical, plumbing, ventilation, or installation requirements.
- Included and excluded components.
- Shipping and delivery information.
- Return eligibility.
- Manufacturer warranty information.
Contact us before ordering if you require clarification about a product’s suitability, compatibility, installation requirements, or included components.
4. Wellness and Medical Information
Product descriptions, blog content, consultations, FAQs, and other information provided through My Energy Flow are intended for general informational and shopping-assistance purposes.
They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using a wellness, sauna, heat-therapy, vibration, recovery, or other product if you:
- Have a medical condition.
- Are pregnant.
- Use an implanted medical device.
- Take medication that may affect heat tolerance or circulation.
- Have concerns about whether a product is appropriate for you.
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, maintenance requirements, and intended-use limitations.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products and services listed in your checkout.
An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has completed verification or been accepted for fulfillment.
Before accepting or fulfilling an order, we may verify:
- Payment authorization.
- Billing and shipping information.
- Product availability.
- Pricing and promotional eligibility.
- Shipping eligibility and delivery coverage.
- Fraud-screening results.
- Manufacturer or supplier availability.
We may contact you for additional information before proceeding.
An order is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment, subject to any rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
If we cannot accept an order, we may cancel it and void the payment authorization or issue a refund to the original payment method, as applicable.
6. Right to Refuse, Limit, or Cancel Orders
We may refuse, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable or discontinued.
- Shipping is unavailable to the provided address.
- The payment cannot be authorized or verified.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
- Product, price, shipping, or promotional information contains an error.
- An order exceeds applicable quantity or manufacturer restrictions.
- The order appears to be intended for unauthorized resale.
- Completing the order would violate applicable law or supplier requirements.
Where reasonably possible, we will notify you using the contact information provided with the order.
If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will submit the applicable refund to the original payment method.
7. Prices and Currency
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices and transactions are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Prices may change without notice before an order is submitted. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that we have already accepted, except where correction is permitted or required by applicable law.
Your financial institution may apply currency-conversion rates, foreign-transaction fees, or other charges when your account is denominated in another currency.
These financial-institution charges are not collected or controlled by My Energy Flow.
8. Taxes, Shipping, and Additional Charges
Product prices, taxes, and shipping charges collected by My Energy Flow are displayed before payment is completed.
Depending on the product, destination, and transaction, additional charges may include:
- Duties or import taxes.
- Carrier brokerage charges.
- Optional delivery or setup services.
- Return shipping.
- Restocking fees.
- Bank or currency-conversion charges.
Duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged separately by the carrier or applicable authorities and may not appear in the checkout total.
Review our Shipping Policy and Payment Policy for additional information.
9. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment may be authorized, held, reviewed, or captured according to the selected payment method, payment-provider requirements, fraud review, and our payment settings.
You represent that:
- You are authorized to use the submitted payment method.
- The billing information you provide is accurate.
- The payment method has sufficient funds or available credit.
For more information, review our Payment Policy.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping availability, costs, processing time, transit time, and delivery options vary by product and destination.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Product-specific transit time begins after processing and carrier handoff.
Delivery dates and transit ranges are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier disruptions.
- Severe weather.
- Supplier or manufacturer delays.
- Customs or border processing.
- Remote-area service limitations.
- Delivery-appointment availability.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Freight, curbside, and White Glove services have different service scopes. Review the delivery option displayed at checkout and any product-specific delivery information before purchasing.
For complete terms, review our Shipping Policy.
11. Inspection at Delivery
You are responsible for inspecting the shipment promptly upon delivery.
For freight shipments, where reasonably possible:
- Inspect the packaging and product before signing.
- Note visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take photographs of the packaging and product.
- Retain packaging, shipping documents, and the delivery receipt.
- Contact us promptly if damage, shortages, or incorrect items are found.
Certain manufacturers or carriers impose short claim-reporting periods. Product-specific requirements apply where disclosed.
12. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation and return eligibility vary by product, manufacturer, order status, and applicable law.
Some products may be:
- Final sale.
- Non-cancellable after processing or shipment.
- Subject to a shorter return period.
- Subject to return-shipping costs.
- Subject to a manufacturer restocking fee.
Do not return a product without first obtaining approval and the correct return instructions.
Refunds approved by My Energy Flow are generally submitted to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds.
Review our Refund and Return Policy before purchasing.
13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
We may request:
- Your order number.
- Photographs of the product and packaging.
- Video showing the reported issue.
- Product serial numbers.
- A delivery receipt or carrier documentation.
- Additional troubleshooting information.
Depending on the circumstances and the applicable manufacturer policy, an approved remedy may include replacement parts, repair, product replacement, or refund.
Do not discard packaging or attempt an unauthorized repair before receiving instructions.
14. Manufacturer Warranties
Certain products include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, registration requirements, claim procedures, and available remedies vary by product and manufacturer.
Warranty information may be supplied:
- On the product page.
- In the product documentation.
- On the manufacturer’s website.
- After purchase or product registration.
My Energy Flow may assist with initiating a warranty inquiry. The manufacturer determines warranty eligibility, coverage, and the available remedy unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Contact us before purchasing if you require confirmation of the warranty terms for a particular product.
15. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your account and device.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, shipping, and contact information.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or misuse of your payment information.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, other users, or our business.
16. Reviews, Feedback, and Submitted Content
You may submit product reviews, photographs, comments, questions, feedback, or other content where the website permits.
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to us, you grant My Energy Flow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use the content for operating, improving, and promoting our business and services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.
19. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website or services:

Ordinary indexing by search engines and access by automated agents that comply with published instructions are not prohibited by this section.
20. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
21. Website Availability and Errors
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The website may occasionally contain errors involving:
- Product descriptions or specifications.
- Pricing or promotions.
- Availability.
- Shipping charges or delivery estimates.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected unaccepted order. If an accepted order is affected, we will address the matter in accordance with applicable law.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and online services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The website will be continuously available.
- Every technical error will be corrected immediately.
- Website content will be suitable for every individual purpose.

Product warranties, if any, are governed by the applicable manufacturer documentation and mandatory legal rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, conditions, guarantees, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Energy Flow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other matters for which applicable law requires responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses reasonably arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the website.

You may stop using the website at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- A material breach of these Terms.
- Fraud or unauthorized activity.
- Security or operational risk.
- Unlawful conduct.
- Abuse of our staff, systems, or services.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, warranty limitations, liability provisions, and dispute terms—will survive.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your province, state, or jurisdiction of residence.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, technologies, policies, suppliers, business practices, or legal obligations.
The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision.
Updated Terms apply from the date they are posted unless another effective date is stated. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order unless permitted by law or agreed with the customer.
28. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
