30-Day Return Promise

At My Energy Flow, we want every purchase to feel like an investment in your well-being. While we stand confidently behind the craftsmanship of our brands, we understand that circumstances can change. For that reason, most of our products include a return window — generally up to 30 days — designed to give you peace of mind with every order. Specific return terms vary by brand, and we have outlined those details in the sections below..

If you choose to return an item within 30 days of delivery, simply contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RMA). Provided the product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, we will guide you through the return process with care. Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee, as determined by the manufacturer.

To qualify for a refund, products must arrive back in “Like New” condition — free from wear, marks, or missing parts — and include all original packaging. Returns that arrive damaged, incomplete, or refused at delivery may incur restocking fees in addition to return shipping costs.

General Return & Refund Guidelines

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
  • Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-approved with an RMA. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Items: Returned products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
  • Restocking Fees: Many brands apply a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Return Shipping: Unless otherwise noted, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & Defective Products

  • Inspection at Delivery: Please examine all deliveries carefully. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier before signing and contact us immediately.
  • Reporting Timeline: All shipping damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photo or video documentation.
  • Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange repair, replacement, or refund.

Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund (100%), with no questions asked. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • After 24 Hours (Before Shipment): Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment remain eligible for a full refund, less a modest 5% processing adjustment to cover non-recoverable transaction and administrative costs.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies. Return shipping and manufacturer restocking fees may be deducted.
  • Non-Cancellable Items: Certain products — such as made-to-order, custom, or health-sensitive items — are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned. These will always be clearly noted at checkout.

Warranties

Every product at My Energy Flow is supported by the manufacturer’s warranty. Because we partner exclusively with trusted, world-class brands, coverage may vary depending on the product. To make things clear, we’ve provided brand-by-brand warranty details below so you can review the exact terms that apply to your purchase.

While the details vary, most warranties are designed to cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please note that warranties generally do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, improper assembly or installation, or damage resulting from environmental exposure.

Brand-Specific Policies

Each of our premium suppliers maintains its own return and warranty conditions. To make things easy, we provide brand-by-brand details below. Please expand the section that applies to your purchase for full terms:

Dreampod
  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Warranty Coverage: Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport, Home Float Flex/Pro/Plus) against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction, SIX (6) MONTHS for all inflatable PVC material construction, and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion. In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
  • Warranty Exclusions: This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod Floatation Pod Series”. The limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Dream Water products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Dreampod hardware product, or (c) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product. Dream Water Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dream Water Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use. The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd. , or if the Product has components installed that is not approved by Dream Water Ltd. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non – Dream Water Ltd. approved products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted or intended uses described by Dream Water Ltd.; or (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd.. This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to Dream Water Ltd. This is your responsibility.
Healthyline
  • Return Window: You may request a return within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that all return requests are carefully reviewed by the supplier, and final approval is at their discretion. 
  • Warranty Coverage: HealthyLine warrants that all new HealthyLine-branded products sold directly through the HealthyLine website or sold through any legitimate distribution channel, including Amazon, are free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions in accordance with instruction and common sense. Damage, negligent use against instruction or common sense, or alteration will void the warranty. If a product is defective, and the defects do not include physical damage caused by incorrect or negligent use, within 5 years of receipt of the product, you may obtain a free replacement from HealthyLine (may be a new or refurbished model depending on availability and the condition of your product).
  • Warranty Exclusions:  Each year of the 5-Year Warranty has related terms and conditions related to shipping costs and deductibles. Please note: If the product you return does not appear to be defective or has clearly been damaged by the user, we will ship it back to you (at your expense) or offer a trade-in or dispose of it if you refuse to take it back. Hawaii, Alaska, and all international customers will be responsible for shipping both ways for all replacements, exchanges, and returns regardless of warranty term. 
iRESTORE
  • Final Sale: All iRESTORE products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@myenergyflow.com. Our team will work closely with you to ensure the issue is resolved promptly and to your satisfaction.
  • Warranty Coverage: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 3 years on the Elite model, 2 years on the Professional and Essential models. The face mask, neck and chest mask and eye mask all come with a 1 year warranty. 
  • Warranty Exclusions: Warranty covers device defects, but not wear and tear or accidents. Your device must be registered after purchase to secure your warranty. 
Jumpsport
  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Warranty Coverage: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, which includes any defects in materials or workmanship on all of the components. For a detailed list, please see below:

  • Warranty Exclusions:  Warranty coverage excludes misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications, weather-related damage, and use beyond recommended specifications.
Kahuna Chairs
  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in the original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.
  • Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Warranty Coverage: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 1 year of parts and labor under normal use.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by: Normal wear and tear. b) Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents. c) Unauthorized repairs or modifications. d) Natural disasters or other external causes. All parts (including handheld remote controller) come with a one-month warranty.

    WEAR AND TEAR is not covered under warranty. Animal damage, liquid damage, accidental damage etc.

Leisurecraft
  • Final Sale: All Leisurecraft products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@myenergyflow.com. Our team will work closely with you to ensure the issue is resolved promptly and to your satisfaction.
  • Warranty Coverage: All products designed and manufactured by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. ("LeisureCraft") are covered

    by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five (5) years, beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer.

  • Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation,

    insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, usage, or care instructions. This warranty is limited solely to the replacement of parts and does not cover any associated service, labor, or installation costs, all of which are expressly excluded.

Oceanus
  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that all return requests are carefully reviewed by the supplier, and final approval is at their discretion. 
  • Warranty Coverage: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 1 year on parts.
  • Warranty Exclusions:  Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond recommended specifications.
Powerplate
  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in the original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.
  • Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Warranty Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Coverage period: 1 year from purchase (unless a longer/extended warranty is specified on product page). 
  • Warranty Exclusions:
    • Improper use, storage, or handling of the product.
    • Failure to maintain the product with reasonable care.
    • Abnormal conditions, including abuse, neglect, accidents, or catastrophe.
    • Misuse or misapplication of the product.
    • Use of non-approved parts or supplies that don’t meet PHS specifications.
    • Product compatibility issues with other equipment, fitness programs, or regimens.
Stepr
  • Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Warranty Coverage: 
    • STEPR GO:
      Home Warranty Only: Frame (10 Years), Parts (1 Year), Labor (1 Year). Commercial use voids warranty.
    • STEPR+ & STEPR Classic:
      Home Warranty Only: Frame (10 Years), Parts (2 Years), Labor (1 Year). Not valid for commercial use.
    • STEPR Pro Classic & Pro+:
      Home Warranty: Frame (10 Years), Parts (5 Years), Labor (3 Years).
      Light Commercial Warranty: Frame (10 Years, coatings excluded), Parts (3 Years), Labor (2 Years).
    • STEPR XL Classic & XL+:
      Home Warranty: Frame (10 Years), Parts (5 Years), Labor (3 Years).
      Light Commercial Warranty: Frame (10 Years, coatings excluded), Parts (3 Years), Labor (2 Years).
  • Warranty Exclusions:  
    • Normal Wear and Tear: This includes but is not limited to belts, batteries, grips, rubber or plastic parts, paint, and finish.
    • Improper Assembly: Damage resulting from assembly not in accordance with STEPR's instructions.
    • Unauthorized Modifications: Any changes to the product that are not approved by STEPR, including the addition of non-STEPR components.
    • Misuse and Abuse: Usage outside the intended home or light commercial environments, including but not limited to dropping, crushing, impact damage, or exposing the machine to water or extreme environmental conditions.
    • Lack of Maintenance: Failure to follow the routine maintenance guide provided by STEPR, leading to the deterioration of the product's condition.
    • Improper Storage: Storing the equipment in environments not conducive to electronic or mechanical components, such as excessively damp or salty air conditions.
    • Commercial Use: Unless specifically covered (e.g., STEPR Pro Classic & Pro+ Light Commercial Warranty), using the products in a full commercial setting voids the warranty.
    • Rental Use: Products used for rental purposes are not covered under the home or light commercial warranties.
    • Third-Party Repairs: Any repair services performed by a non-authorized STEPR service provider.
    • Transportation Damage: Damages incurred during the transportation of the product by the customer after the initial delivery.
    • Cosmetic Damage: Any cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product, including scratches, dents, and chips.
    • Installation of Non-OEM Parts: Use of parts not originally manufactured or provided by STEPR for the specific model.
    • Accidents, Acts of God, or Natural Disasters: Damage from unforeseeable events outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, floods, and lightning strikes.
    • Product Alteration or Removal of Serial Number: Any alteration that changes the product's functionality or appearance, or removal/alteration of the serial number sticker/tag.
    • Failure to Register the Product: If applicable, failure to register the product for warranty within the specified timeframe after purchase.
    • Outside the USA: The warranty does not cover products purchased, transported, or used outside of the United States (if your warranty is region-specific).
Versaclimber
  • Return Window: You may request a return within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Warranty Coverage: 
    • Heart Rate, Inc. (H.R.I.) warrants to the original purchaser that our VersaClimbers are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance subject to the terms and conditions Hereafter set forth. Except for the above warranty, it is expressly agreed that NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE or of a particular use nor any warranty of any kind whatsoever express, implied or statutory is made by Heart Rate Inc. (HRI)
    • Liability of H.R.I. is limited to either repair or replacement of the defective part or the replacement of the machine at the option of H.R.I. on an exchange basis, with the customer bearing all costs of shipping and handling to and from the factory.
  • Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, tampering, negligence, accidents, abnormal conditions, lack of adequate maintenance or unauthorized service or alterations to the product. This warranty does not cover paint deterioration, discoloration, chipping or rust.
Visbody
  • Final Sale: All Visbody products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@myenergyflow.com. Our team will work closely with you to ensure the issue is resolved promptly and to your satisfaction.
  • Warrant Coverage: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 1 year on hardware and lifetime on software.
  • Warranty Exclusions:  Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond recommended specifications.
