At My Energy Flow, we work closely with top-tier wellness manufacturers to bring you premium products and a seamless shopping experience. Because our items are fulfilled directly from the brand and often considered high-value wellness equipment, return policies vary by supplier.

Please carefully review the following return terms prior to purchase.

General Return Guidelines

  • Return Window: Products may be eligible for a return given that conditions are met as set forth by the supplier. We request that you review the specific brands below, including their specific product page. 
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return Shipping: Are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee will apply, we request that you review the specific brand below, including their specific product page. 
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain brands or custom products may be final sale. We request that you review the specific brand below. 

Return Policies by Brand

🔷 Power Plate

  • Return Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Restocking Fee: 25% on all approved returns.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Customer responsible for all shipping costs back to the supplier. 
  • Return Authorization: Must be pre-approved. RMA and instructions provided upon approval.

🟢 HealthyLine

  • Return Window: You may request to return your Healthyline product within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Restocking Fee: 25% on all approved returns.
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible for all shipping costs back to the supplier. 
  • Return Authorization: Must be pre-approved. RMA and instructions provided upon approval.

🔵 Dreampod

  • Return Window: You may request to return your Dreampod within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Restocking Fee: 25% on all approved returns.
  • Damage Claims: Must be submitted with photos within 48 hours of delivery
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible for all shipping costs back to the supplier.
  • Return Authorization: Must be pre-approved. RMA and instructions provided upon approval.

🟠 Stepr

  • Return Window: You may request to return your Stepr product within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Restocking Fee: 25% on all approved returns.
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible for all shipping costs back to the supplier.
  • Condition: Must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return Authorization: Must be pre-approved. RMA and instructions provided upon approval.

🔷 Kahuna

  • Return Eligibility: You may request to return your Kahuna product within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Restocking Fee: 25% on all approved returns.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Customer responsible for all shipping costs back to the supplier. 
  • Return Authorization: Must be pre-approved. RMA and instructions provided upon approval.

🟢 Versaclimber

  • Return Window: You may request to return your Versaclimber product within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Restocking Fee: 25% on all approved returns.
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible for all shipping costs back to the supplier. 
  • Return Authorization: Must be pre-approved. RMA and instructions provided upon approval.

🔷 Leisurecraft

  • Return Eligibility: Final sale (no returns)
  • Restocking Fee: 25% on all approved returns. This is based on rare cases as approved by the supplier. 
  • Shipping Responsibility: Customer responsible for all shipping costs back to the supplier. 
  • Return Authorization: Must be pre-approved. RMA and instructions provided upon approval.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and obtain supplier authorization if needed.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and RMA info.
  4. Refunds are issued after supplier inspection, minus applicable fees.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Items sent without approval may be refused.
  • Requests outside return windows will not be accepted.
  • Final sale item are Leisurecraft are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.
