This model utilizes a 6kW electric heating system with direct rock-to-heating element contact for consistent warmth. Built-in controls on the unit simplify adjusting temperature and session length without an external panel, supporting personalized heat and steam intensity.

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
