🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• Refund Window: You may request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Refund requests after 24 hours and prior to 10 days are subject to a charge of the product price minus $80 dollars. After 10 days, refunds are not allowed.

• Manufacturer's Warranty: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 3 years on hardware and 1 year on labor.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond recommended specifications.
• Support & Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos.
