I find that when we have a spark or an idea, it comes from a place that is beyond us. A place we cannot fully explain, yet we know in our hearts that it feels right. Then, when you open your eyes, the actual work kicks in, and you return to reality and decide whether or not to embark on the adventure of creating what you have imagined.
Over the years, I have had my share of trials and tribulations through different ventures, and each of them brought forth their own unique challenges. The common theme I came to realize with all of them was that the initial voice — the original imagination of what could be — either fades, changes, becomes distorted, or transforms through the opinions of yourself or others. No one else can hold onto that image other than you. It’s delicate, and it’s uniquely yours.
The entrepreneurial journey is an intimate one, where you get to meet yourself and see who you really are. It brings forth exciting aspects you didn’t know you had, while also exposing parts of you that you may bang your head against, trying to fix or change. The question ultimately becomes: will you hold onto that initial spark, or will you let it fade away into the wind of thoughts and expectations from others?
It’s a colourful dance between the self-actualized version of you in the future and the naked, vulnerable version of you in the present moment. This is where awareness deepens. This is where our levels of awareness are quietly expanded — not through ease, but through conscious effort.
There have been many moments during the development of My Energy Flow when my initial spark and vision have been tested — not only by others, but by myself. The internal dialogue whispers, you can’t do this, it’s too big for you, people won’t believe you. When that voice appears, I step back, take a breath, and remind myself of two pillars that have grounded me throughout this journey.
“We choose to go to the Moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard.” — John F. Kennedy, Rice University Speech, 1962 (Source)
The second pillar comes from David J. Schwartz, who reminds us, “Believe it can be done. When you believe, your mind finds the way.” These words from The Magic of Thinking Big reinforce something simple yet profound: when we commit fully and remain present, our capacity expands beyond what we once believed was possible.
In life, we are given various chances and opportunities. It’s as if a call is made directly to us, and it’s up to us to pick it up and listen with our whole heart. We are capable of so much in this life, yet through conditioning, fear, and the expectations placed upon us by others, we often forget how to spread our wings.
Life is an adventure, and we must trust that the treasure we seek lies on the other side of what we fear the most. Growth rarely happens in comfort — it happens when we consciously choose the harder path.
My vision for My Energy Flow is to take it beyond its current limits — to build an ecosystem where anyone can arrive and intentionally curate their own health and vitality. To remove the noise and complexity of wellness and distill it into something simple, elegant, and human.
This vision — which you can explore further on Our Journey Ahead — will require strategic partnerships, collective effort, and a willingness to step into realms that may feel beyond our current reach.
And yet, I say our current reach. I believe that when intentions are rooted in service and integrity, the right people, resources, health, and abundance eventually align.
I hope this message finds you well and reminds you that beyond the business you see here, there is passion, love, and intention. Health and wellness are a collective effort — and while this ecosystem is called My Energy Flow, it is not mine alone. It is all of our energies, moving humanity forward together.
From my heart,
Pedram Beheshti
