Installation

• Room Requirements: Minimum recommended room size: 8 ft × 12 ft, minimum ceiling height: 7 ft. Allow at least 2 ft clearance around the unit for maintenance access.

• Installation Notes: Ships in compact parts for easy maneuvering through standard doorways. Plumbing not required — water can be filled or drained manually or using a small external pump. Best installed on non-porous, water-resistant flooring (such as tile, vinyl, or sealed concrete).

📦 Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. 
• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Your product will be delivered curbside within 5–10 business days. Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on carrier availability.
• Tracking Details: A tracking number will be provided once your unit ships. 
• Full Installation & Training: If you are interested in a full onsite installation, training, tuning and setup, please inquire and we can set you up. 
  

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Request Window: You may request to return your Dreampod within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Conditions: Return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all approved returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
• Damages: If your product is damaged, please notify us at support@myenergyflow.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation.

🛡️ Warranty

• Manufacturer's Warranty: Dreampod Vmax is backed by Dreampod’s standard commercial warranty, which includes a 2-year warranty on the pod shell and structural components and a 1-year warranty on all electronic parts, including pumps, heater, filtration, lighting, and audio components.
• Exclusions:
  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumables (e.g., filters)
  • Cosmetic damage after delivery
