Overview
Pedram co-founded My Energy Flow with his wife, Tanya, in 2023. He helps people choose wellness technology and plan wellness spaces for homes and businesses.
His work covers saunas, red light therapy, recovery equipment and personalized wellness testing. He compares products, reviews specifications and helps customers understand their options, from equipment features to space and installation needs.
He works with homeowners, builders, designers and wellness businesses to explore how these tools fit a space and its purpose. His approach starts with practical questions: who will use it, what matters to them and what the space needs to support.
Through articles and conversations with practitioners and industry leaders, he explores wellness, recovery and intentional living. He aims to make information easier to understand and help people ask better questions before making a decision.
His long-term vision for My Energy Flow connects testing, professional guidance, education and technology. He is building toward an approach where people better understand their needs and choose tools and support with a clear purpose.
Background
Pedram brings 15 years of experience in construction and development. His work spans high-rise buildings, hospitals and commercial projects, including pre-construction planning.
