  • Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Your product will be delivered alongside your dreampod by freight (curbside delivery) within 5–10 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on carrier availability and could be subject to additional charges.
  • Freight Delivery: For larger items, our carrier partners will reach out directly to schedule your delivery at a convenient time. We recommend confirming promptly to ensure a smooth experience and avoid any unnecessary storage fees.
  • Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order acknowledgment by email once your order is placed, followed by shipping updates and delivery details from our team or supplier.
  • Upon Delivery: We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully. In the event you discover any damages notify us at support@myenergyflow.com immediately so we can assist promptly.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • How to Start a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

  • Manufacturer's Warranty: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 30 days on any defects.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond recommended specifications.
  • Support & Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos.
