• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchange Policy: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange their massage chair for another model. All exchanges are subject to return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
• How to Start a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.
