• Shipment Description & Weight:  3 cartons packed together in a pallet, weighing 302 lbs.
• Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order acknowledgment by email once your order is placed, followed by shipping updates and delivery details from our team or supplier.
• Upon Delivery: We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully. In the event you discover any damages notify us at support@myenergyflow.com immediately so we can assist promptly. 
• White-Glove Setup: For the ultimate peace of mind, you can select this premium option at checkout. Our team will carefully deliver your chair to the room of your choice, complete the installation, and ensure everything is perfectly set up before removing all packaging and debris.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchange Policy: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange their massage chair for another model. All exchanges are subject to return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
• How to Start a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.
