It does exactly what it claims to do

I bought the my5 almost 12 years ago. It has kept me flexible and in shape and continues to be able to challenge my abilities. At 66 years old, I use it primarily for stretching and balance. I also use it a couple of times a week as a major part of my strength training. I can say without hesitation that this is the best piece of fitness equipment for the entire body anyone could ever own.

Living a Power Plate Life

The My 5 has been a protective device for me.

2012 I had a fall while running. I shattered my distal radius.

With enhanced nutrition and once I was able to slowly to use My 5 , recovery was an going process with great outcomes. The surgeon was amazed at my level of healing. Circulation is crucial for recovery from injuries.

I have had falls where bones should have been broken because of my age. I believe I was saved from injuries because of my use of the My 5. Living in Chicago , winters can be rough Ex ice patches, I have maneuvered on ice and balanced on one leg because of my stability practice on the My 5. In 2016 believe I had COVID before they knew what it was. I blacked out, upon awakening I dragged myself to my bed. Did not have Alexa set up , Apple Watch was not near and I had dropped my phone. lol.

Needless to say I was trapped 3 days and 3 nights before someone found me.

I was out of commission for 4 -6 months.

My entire core was compromised!

My back did not break!It was a hard fall!

Because I couldn’t move the Doctors said I could have had a stroke, I could have had permanent kidney failure!

I have been an advocate of holistic health for 50 years!

I am sure my nutritional support was part of the healing process, I could not use My 5 for 6-7 months.

It has taken 3 years for me to begin to feel like myself again.

Love this machine bought to use at home after realising the benefits of Power Plate from A professional model at a gym. The My5 gives the same benefits as the one in the gym, but is more compact. It is more limited, but just superb as a fixed home exercise unit.
