Installation

• Setup: The Pro7 arrives mostly assembled. Simply unbox, position the unit on a flat surface, and plug it in to begin. No special tools are required.

• Recommended Clearance: Allow for at least 18 inches of open space on all sides to safely perform dynamic movements and full-body workouts.

• Weight Considerations: At 410 lbs, the Pro7 is a heavy-duty commercial unit. Ensure your floor surface can support the weight and vibration. A rubber mat is included for added stability and floor protection.

• Delivery Options: Standard curbside freight delivery is included. White-glove delivery and in-room setup are available upon request — contact us for more information.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. 
• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Your product will be delivered curbside within 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on carrier availability.
• Tracking Details: A tracking number will be provided once your unit ships. 
• White Glove Delivery: Available in select regions for an additional fee—please inquire at the time of purchase.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Request Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Conditions: Return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all approved returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Manufacturer's Warranty: The Power Plate Pro7 is backed by a standard limited manufacturer’s warranty, which includes: 3 years on the hardware, 1 year on electronics and 1 year on labor.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or commercial overuse beyond recommended specs.
