The customer service was really great. We couldn’t decide between three models and we called and spoke to Pedram who took care of us. He really cared about making us feel good. Thanks and wish you all the best. :)

Ordering, Delivery & Support
When will my order ship?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
After processing, your order is prepared for fulfillment by the applicable manufacturer, supplier, or fulfillment partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when tracking information becomes available.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, we will email the carrier name, tracking number, and tracking link after your order ships.
For freight deliveries, the carrier may also contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment. Tracking updates and estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and may change while the shipment is in transit.
What is your return policy?
Eligible products may be returned within the return period specified for the applicable product or manufacturer. Many eligible products have a 30-day return window, but return periods, product-condition requirements, restocking fees, and eligibility vary.
Some products are final sale, non-cancellable, or subject to shorter return periods. Product-specific terms apply where stated.
Review our Refund and Return Policy and the applicable product page before purchasing.
What is your price match guarantee?
You may request a price match before purchasing or within 30 days after purchase.
To qualify, the competing offer generally must:
Be for the identical brand, model, condition, and configuration.
Be currently in stock.
Be offered by an authorized online retailer.
Be publicly available and verifiable.
Be compared using the total purchase price, including shipping, handling, taxes, and applicable discounts.
Marketplace sellers, auction sites, warehouse clubs, bundles, rebates, limited-time promotions, and offers that conflict with manufacturer pricing policies may be excluded.
How does warranty coverage work?
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. Coverage may apply to specified parts, labor, or product replacement, subject to the manufacturer’s exclusions, claim requirements, and warranty period.
Applicable warranty information may be provided on the product page, in the product documentation, or by the manufacturer. Contact us before purchasing if you need confirmation of the warranty terms for a specific product.
My Energy Flow can assist with initiating a warranty inquiry, but the manufacturer determines warranty eligibility and the available remedy.

What Customers Are Saying
As an older adult starting to use my Power Plate Move I first enjoy the increased circulation of my lower extremities! Then comes balance work, stretching and toning! I love the machine so much I bought two!
This device helps to keep me comfortable. I am also using it after my recent surgery to help with healing. I will continue to use it daily since I see the benefits first hand and I love it.
I use my power plate at least once a day. Feel so relaxed after using it and my muscles are getting very toned especially in my arms and legs. Had an imitation vibration plate before and there’s no comparison. Power Plate blows it out of the water. Such a difference and definitely worth the extra money.
Smooth delivery process. We spoke to other companies and the response was vague. What I liked most about our conversation was that Pedram asked me what was my intention and why I wanted to buy a sauna instead of pushing a sale. This was very different. Appreciate the honesty.
I got an email from Pedram and he mentioned how we could add a sauna to our business. At first, I wasn’t much for it but when we set up an audit and reviewed my business, I liked what I saw. It was definitely an investment on our part but the service has been great for our clients. Thanks again for your support and caring.
I needed something for my basement but didn’t know what to buy. I saw this brand before but couldn’t make a decision. I called Pedram and he walked me through it and we even looked at my floor plans for my basement. This was really fun and I am enjoying it. You guys rock!
My body is not the same as it used to be, but I wanted something that would be ok for me and also give me a good workout. I liked how I was recommended to go with STEPR because it is a low impact fitness machine. Looks good in my garage and my son uses it too.
I was honestly on the fence for weeks because it is not a small purchase. I kept looking at different brands and reading reviews. What made the difference was actually getting on the phone and talking through my space and what I wanted out of it. It feels solid, heats up fast, and has become part of my nightly routine. No regrets at all.
I bought this mostly for recovery after workouts but ended up using it way more than I expected. I sit on it while reading and sometimes just lay on it before bed. It is calming in a way I did not expect. Shipping was smooth and everything came well packaged. Very happy with it so far.
I was not sure if I really needed a massage chair or if it was just one of those things that sounds nice but never gets used. I can honestly say this gets used almost every day. I work long hours and my lower back is usually tight by the end of the day. I sit in it for about twenty minutes in the evening and it actually helps me unwind.
