Before You Order Your Sauna

What should I prepare before delivery?

Before your sauna arrives, choose an indoor space such as a bedroom, basement, home gym, or wellness room.

The sauna should be placed on a flat, stable surface such as tile, vinyl, laminate, or another finished indoor floor.

Please also check the product dimensions, leave enough clearance around the unit, and make sure the sauna panels can fit through your doors, hallways, and stairways.

How is the sauna delivered?

Most saunas arrive by freight on a pallet. Delivery is usually made to the curb or driveway area, based on carrier access and local conditions.

Tracking details are typically provided before arrival so you can plan ahead.

Delivery usually does not include indoor placement or assembly unless that is clearly stated on the product page.
Does this sauna arrive assembled?

Finnmark Designs infrared saunas arrive in panel sections and are assembled on site.

Most customers complete the assembly with 1 to 2 people. Setup time is often about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the model, room layout, and comfort level with assembly.

Review the product manual before assembly and make sure all panels, hardware, and accessories are present before starting.
What are the electrical requirements?

Electrical requirements can vary by Finnmark model. Smaller models such as FD-1 and FD-2 are typically designed for a standard 120V plug-in setup.

Larger models may require a different electrical setup, including 240V power, depending on the specific model.

Please review the electrical specifications on the product page before ordering. If you are unsure, we recommend confirming the setup with a licensed electrician.

The cover features a vertical roll-up door with three ties to secure the door at the top. A weather slot allows the power cord to run out through the top of the rear panel on the left side, supporting a clean and functional outdoor setup.

Constructed with high-quality marine grade materials, the cover is designed for reliable outdoor use across changing conditions. Its structured design allows for easy placement and removal, making it practical for regular use without added effort.

Whether placed in a backyard, patio, or outdoor setting, the Finnmark FD-3 Sauna Cover is a simple and dependable accessory for maintaining a consistent and well-kept setup.

Care Instructions: Do not machine wash this product. Surface wipe only with mild soap and water. Hang the cover to dry.
