The Finnmark FD-5 Sauna is designed for indoor use and arrives as a panel-based system for straightforward assembly. The unit includes pre-fabricated wall and ceiling panels, along with all required hardware and instructions.

Assembly typically requires two people and can be completed within a few hours. The sauna is designed to plug directly into a standard 120V 15A outlet. Before installation, confirm that the outlet and circuit meet the manufacturer’s requirements and applicable local electrical codes. If you are unsure about the electrical setup, consult a licensed electrician.

Before installation, ensure your space has a flat surface, adequate clearance, and access to appropriate electrical connections.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Your sauna is delivered by freight with curbside delivery. Transit typically takes 5–7 business days after processing, with an estimated total delivery time of approximately 6–10 business days from the order date. Shipping charges, if applicable, vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Remote or rural destinations may require additional transit time.
• Curbside Delivery: Your sauna will be placed at the end of your driveway, right at the edge of your property. The driver does not bring the unit inside.
• Freight Delivery: For larger items, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. We recommend confirming quickly to ensure a smooth experience and avoid any storage fees.
• Delivery Access Requirements:
  Please ensure your delivery location is accessible for a freight truck. This includes clear driveway access and adequate space for unloading. Additional fees may apply if delivery conditions are restricted.
• Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase. Shipping updates and delivery details will follow from our team or the carrier.

• Upon Delivery:
  Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives before signing.

  • Severe Visible Damage: If the shipment has significant visible damage that appears to have affected the sauna, clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact My Energy Flow immediately while the driver is present. If instructed by My Energy Flow or the carrier, you may refuse the shipment.
  • Minor Visible Damage: If there are minor scratches, scuffs, or packaging damage, accept the delivery, clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt, and take photos.

How Delivery Works for Saunas

Curbside Delivery Explained

Your sauna is delivered on a pallet and placed at the curb, right at the edge of your driveway or property. The driver does not bring the unit inside.

Secure Packaging

Your sauna is fully wrapped and protected to help prevent damage during shipping.

Liftgate Delivery Explained

A liftgate is a platform on the back of the delivery truck that lowers your sauna pallet from the truck to the ground for curbside delivery.

Returns & Warranty

Refund & Return Policy

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Return Requirements: Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns require authorization before being shipped back.
• Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not accepted. 
• How to Start a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.
• Refund Processing: Once an approved return is received and inspected, My Energy Flow generally submits the refund within 10 business days.

Warranty

• Manufacturer's Warranty: This product is covered by Finnmark Designs’ 10-year limited manufacturer warranty for residential use, subject to the manufacturer’s current warranty terms and conditions. Please refer to the warranty document for full details.
• Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply to conditions excluded under the manufacturer’s warranty, including misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper operation or maintenance, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by natural weather conditions.
• Support & Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos.
