Program Name: My Energy Flow Text Updates
Program Purpose: Provide transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping/delivery updates, appointment reminders, customer-service notices) and occasional promotional messages (exclusive offers, product launches, wellness tips) to customers who explicitly opt in.
