I purchased this mat as a gift for successfully completing my treatment for leukemia (thank you allopathic medicine!). My body has quite a bit of inflammation, sleep has been a challenge and digestion. I love the warmth, the calm, improved sleep, and time spent in meditation while I use the mat. So grateful for this healing mat that’s part of my recovery.

I have had my power plate move for about a month now and I love it. I am in my 70’s and have bone on bone knees and have not had any problems using it. I use it almost daily even if I just sit on it and stretch. It has really helped my balance and I use the stability bar to do squats on it. I have to say at my age the stability bar has even helped getting on and off of it. I am starting to do core exercises on it now but my all time favorite is massaging my calves at the end of the day. Feels so good. The Power Plate Move was a big investment for me and I am happy to say I have not regretted it one bit!

As an older adult starting to use my Power Plate Move I first enjoy the increased circulation of my lower extremities! Then comes balance work, stretching and toning! I love the machine so much I bought two!

I had used and still do use the power plate MOVE at my local Barre class/studio... I am amazed at how quickly you can get you heart rate up and your muscles engaged as we do so many exercises on this.. .. and the stretches you can do on this are unlimited...

I am in love with this machine and was moved to purchase my own for my home...

I use it everyday, and I exercise on it regularly as I let the videos (you receive these often in emails which is great) take me through different types of targeted exercises you choose...

I play tennis, and this machine helps the soreness in my back!!

Great so far, only question is what gemstones are in it? Brochure says one thing online another. Overall it’s great quality.

I did quite a bit of research before purchasing the Move and determined that it would be the best piece of equipment to help me. I've had the Move for about 2 1/2 months. I've been using it about 4 times/week. I use it alone and as a "rest" between lifting weights. The reason I bought it is primarily for osteoporosis, but also for a lower back issue, and a knee issue. I've already seen results for my back and my knee in terms of rehab. In terms of osteoporosis, I'll have to wait for a Dexa at the end of the year. However, one of the most valuable perks was the free introductory session with Sylvie. She was very generous with her time, sent me a video of the session, and suggested videos and exercises that would help me. The free online videos, information, and emails that I receive have also been extremely useful in terms of exercises that might help with my issues. So, overall, it's been a wise purchase for me, and I definitely recommend the Move.

I am 70 years old and hiked into the mountains in puerto rico where I had to do some rock climbing prior to jumping off a 20 ft cliff into a cool pool of water. I used the power plate for 3 weeks prior to this trip. I believe rather I know the power plate made this adventure truly possible. The cut off age for this hike was 65, but I was more than ready and easily stayed up with my younger daughter and group of 20. Great investment for now and my future health!!! Dan

I use my power plate at least once a day. Feel so relaxed after using it and my muscles are getting very toned especially in my arms and legs. Had an imitation vibration plate before and there’s no comparison. Power Plate blows it out of the water. Such a difference and definitely worth the extra money.

My husband and I are very happy with our Power Plate purchase. It’s fun to use and we both feel more energized after using it. I like practicing various movements and exercises on it, and I also like doing a more relaxed session for massage. I find it beneficial to use before doing a sauna session to get my lymph flowing for better detox. Before making the decision to purchase I called and spoke with Customer Service. They answered all of my questions and even sent me an email with additional information. I felt very well taken care of. I appreciate and value the Research and proven effectiveness of the Power Plate. The Complementary Virtual Training Session was so helpful too!

Beautiful piece of equipment! I’ve been using a rebounder for forty years and adding this to my life is a game changer. EVERYONE could and should delight in the benefits this machine gives your body. At 72 , I’m totally impressed with the workouts and feel great!!! Thank you!!!

At first it was very loud. I emailed support and they said there could be a desiccant pack causing it. I tipped it on its side to look for the desiccant pack and didn't find it but, the loud noise stopped after that.

I am recovering from back surgery and the surgeon has removed the restrictions I had after the surgery.

I have used the power plate almost daily and can feel the change esp. the strength in my legs. I have learned many exercises from the Youtube videos also.

My wife and I both have some bone degeneration in our lower backs, and using the many ideas offered for free by Power Plate coaches and advocates, we have found it easy to relieve aches and improve muscle tone.

I regularly do a mixture of yoga and Pilates in the morning, and I can do a good portion of my routine in conjunction with the power plate to gain the benefits of greater nitrous oxide shearing effect, less after exercise soreness, and some clearly noticeable gains in overall strength.

We are enjoying our mat but we are still accessing the benefits. It would be helpful to have better instructions since it took a little work to figure out the controls. We are still unsure how to change the time limits. We really had to dig to figure out what the container with the Pellet stones was for. A magnet to test the PEMF. Also, it would be very helpful for the unit to beep when the time is up. It is very relaxing and it is easy to take a nap!
