Senior on the Move!

I have had my power plate move for about a month now and I love it. I am in my 70’s and have bone on bone knees and have not had any problems using it. I use it almost daily even if I just sit on it and stretch. It has really helped my balance and I use the stability bar to do squats on it. I have to say at my age the stability bar has even helped getting on and off of it. I am starting to do core exercises on it now but my all time favorite is massaging my calves at the end of the day. Feels so good. The Power Plate Move was a big investment for me and I am happy to say I have not regretted it one bit!

I have had my power plate almost 2 months now and I love it. I use it everyday and has been very helpful in rehabbing a post tibial tendon tear. I also bought it to help increase my bone density since I am on the verge of osteoporosis. At 73 I am not into a lot of heavy lifting or high impact and the power plate makes it easy to achieve those results much easier. Very happy with my investment.

Has already helped my back and knee problems!

I did quite a bit of research before purchasing the Move and determined that it would be the best piece of equipment to help me. I've had the Move for about 2 1/2 months. I've been using it about 4 times/week. I use it alone and as a "rest" between lifting weights. The reason I bought it is primarily for osteoporosis, but also for a lower back issue, and a knee issue. I've already seen results for my back and my knee in terms of rehab. In terms of osteoporosis, I'll have to wait for a Dexa at the end of the year. However, one of the most valuable perks was the free introductory session with Sylvie. She was very generous with her time, sent me a video of the session, and suggested videos and exercises that would help me. The free online videos, information, and emails that I receive have also been extremely useful in terms of exercises that might help with my issues. So, overall, it's been a wise purchase for me, and I definitely recommend the Move.
