• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Due to its size and weight, the Power Plate DualSphere ships via freight delivery. Most deliveries arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier schedules.
• Tracking Details: A tracking number will be provided once your unit ships. Our team will keep you updated on key delivery milestones and assist with scheduling where applicable.
• Curbside delivery is included. White-glove installation may be available in select regions for an additional fee—please inquire at the time of purchase.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Request Window: You may request to return your Power Plate DualSphere within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Conditions: Return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all approved returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Initiating Return: To initiate a return request, contact support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We will confirm next steps after coordinating with the supplier.

• Manufacturer's Warranty: The Power Plate DualSphere is backed by a standard limited manufacturer’s warranty, which includes: 3 years on the frame, 1 year on electronics, display, and motor system and 1 year on labor in approved service regions.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or commercial overuse beyond recommended specs.
