• Return Window: You may request a return within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Return Requirements: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns require authorization before being shipped back.
• Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not accepted.
