🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
• How to Start a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

• Manufacturer's Warranty: Your purchase is backed by SaunaLife’s limited lifetime warranty for residential use, covering the sauna’s structure and components against defects in workmanship.
