📦 Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. 
• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Most deliveries arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier schedules.
• Tracking Details: A tracking number will be provided once your unit ships. Our team will keep you updated on key delivery milestones and assist with scheduling where applicable.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Request Window: You may request to return your Power Plate MyZone Switch within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Conditions: Return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all approved returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Initiating Return: To initiate a return request, contact support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We will confirm next steps after coordinating with the supplier.

• Manufacturer's Warranty: The Power Plate MyZone Switch is backed by a standard limited 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or commercial overuse beyond recommended specs.
• Support & Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos. We will assist in coordinating with Power Plate’s warranty team for service, troubleshooting, or replacement parts.
