• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Your product will be delivered curbside within 1–5 business days. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer and may incur additional charges.
• Curbside Delivery Explained: Your order will be unloaded safely at the curb nearest your property. If space is limited, you may guide the driver to a suitable spot. For safety reasons, carriers are not permitted to bring items inside your home or onto your property.
• Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order acknowledgment by email once your order is placed, followed by shipping updates and delivery details from our team or supplier.
• Receipt of Product: Please inspect all items carefully before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. If hidden damage is discovered after unboxing, notify us at support@myenergyflow.com within 48 hours so we can assist promptly.
