📦 Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Your product will be delivered curbside within 7–14 business days. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer and may incur additional charges.
• Curbside Delivery Explained: Your order will be unloaded safely at the curb nearest your property. If space is limited, you may guide the driver to a suitable spot. For safety reasons, carriers are not permitted to bring items inside your home or onto your property.
• Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order acknowledgment by email once your order is placed, followed by shipping updates and delivery details from our team or supplier.
• Receipt of Product: Please inspect all items carefully before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. If hidden damage is discovered after unboxing, notify us at support@myenergyflow.com within 48 hours so we can assist promptly.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
  
• How to Start a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

• Manufacturer's Warranty: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 10 years on the frame, 3 years on parts, and 2 years on labor..
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, or use beyond recommended specifications.
• Support & Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos.
