Harnessing Ancient Wisdom for Modern Health

We are living in a beautiful time in history where we have the opportunity to harness the wisdom of the past and accelerate into the future through the advancement of technology. There is an abundance of ancient knowledge and teachings around the concept of health and vitality. In 400 BC, Hippocrates stated, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” It was remarkably conscious for its time because it recognized, thousands of years ago, that daily choices, nourishment, and lifestyle shape long term health, not just remedies used after illness appears. Along the way, others have continued to shine a light on the momentum of conscious health, such as Thomas Edison, who said, “The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.

The quiet intelligence behind it all

Humanity is connected to an infinite intelligence that exists beyond our time, past and present, and we have those who tap into it and provide the rest of us with its sweet nectar of truth.

Why health still feels complex

Wellness, longevity, and health are challenging subjects. They are faced with an abundance of knowledge and information, yet we as humanity still struggle with disease, improper nutrition, stress, fatigue, and the list goes on. We have the ability as a race to self actualize and become the highest versions of ourselves, yet for some reason we find ways and excuses to hold back and not take our seat at the gates of utopia. Often it comes down to how present we are in our daily lives and whether we are truly aware of the small choices that shape us. If you are curious, living with greater intention and presence is something I explored more deeply in my article living in the present moment

A new era of connection and possibility

What I can say is that the future is promising. Yes, we are faced with an unknown in Artificial Intelligence, and technology is rapidly increasing at a compounding rate every year, but if we stand back and look through the lens of abundance and well being, we are blessed. This new age of connection and the ability to build community has allowed many people around the world the opportunity to voice their thoughts. It has allowed a person living in the jungles of Brazil to connect with another who is busy in the fast paced life of New York City. They may share the same vision and intuition in life, and only now with the connectivity that we have as a race can these two individuals meet and co create.

The collective effort required to move us forward

If we are to take health and vitality to the next chapter in humanity, it will come through the collective effort of many and a sprinkle of technology to spark its flame. Over the past couple of years building My Energy Flow, I have been blessed to connect with and see firsthand the various technologies available in the realm of human potential, and it is exciting to know where we are and where we are going. I envision an ecosystem where we bring together the best in the industry, from all walks of life, whether life coaching, red light therapy, genetic testing, and more, allowing people the opportunity to enhance their lives and awaken their inner power. It will require collaboration from many people in different realms to truly move the industry of human vitality forward. This journey has required stepping into uncomfortable territory and embracing growth, something I reflected on in another piece about choosing to do hard things and expanding awareness.

Learning from leaders outside the system

I remember hearing an episode of The Jay Shetty Show where Naveen Jain, CEO of Viome, spoke about why he chose to enter the health space. He shared very humbly that his background was not originally in healthcare. He was an entrepreneur first. What stood out to me was his belief that people from different industries and walks of life should step into health and bring their own creativity, perspective, and innovation. That message stayed with me and became a real catalyst behind building My Energy Flow.

My own background is in construction and development, with over 15 years of experience managing complex projects. Through that lens, I hope to bring a different approach to health and wellness, one that takes something often overwhelming and makes it structured, clear, and easier for people to understand. My intention is to simplify the complex so everyday individuals can make more conscious decisions about their well being, and to create a space where those seeking growth can feel supported, guided, and part of a collective movement toward a more aware and self actualized future. That evolution from vision to clarity is something I described in my reflection on moving from intention to alignment. A line that has always stayed with me is from Albert Einstein, “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.”

My intention moving forward

As we grow My Energy Flow and connect with more like minded individuals and professionals is to be adventurous, ask questions, learn what is needed, and face the challenges so I can bring that back for all of you. Serving and helping humanity is deeply rooted in the life and business I am creating, not only for me and my children, but for all of you.

With love,
Pedram Beheshti
