• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Your product will be delivered curbside within 5–10 business days. Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on carrier availability.
• Tracking Details: A tracking number will be provided once your unit ships. 

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Request Window: You may request to return your Dreampod Scientific Grade Hydrometer within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Conditions: Return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all approved returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
• Damages: If your product is damaged, please notify us at support@myenergyflow.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation.
