• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Your product will be delivered within 1–5 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on carrier availability and could be subject to additional charges.
• Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order acknowledgment by email once your order is placed, followed by shipping updates and delivery details from our team or supplier.
• Upon Delivery: We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully. In the event you discover any damages notify us at support@myenergyflow.com immediately so we can assist promptly.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
• How to Initiate a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.
  

🛡️ Warranty

• Manufacturer's Warranty: Your purchase is protected by the manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year under residential use and 6 months under commercial use.
• Exclusions: Warranty coverage excludes misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications, weather-related damage, and use beyond recommended specifications.
