• Freight Delivery: For larger items, our carrier partners will reach out directly to schedule your delivery at a convenient time. We recommend confirming promptly to ensure a smooth experience and avoid any unnecessary storage fees.
• Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order acknowledgment by email once your order is placed, followed by shipping updates and delivery details from our team or supplier.
• Upon Delivery: We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully. In the event you discover any damages notify us at support@myenergyflow.com immediately so we can assist promptly.

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
• How to Initiate a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

• Exclusions: Warranty coverage excludes misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications, weather-related damage, and use beyond recommended specifications.
