📦Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping Method & Delivery Time: Your product will be delivered by freight (curbside delivery) within 7-14 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on carrier availability and could be subject to additional charges.
• Freight Delivery: For larger items, our carrier partners will reach out directly to schedule your delivery at a convenient time. We recommend confirming promptly to ensure a smooth experience and avoid any unnecessary storage fees.
• Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order acknowledgment by email once your order is placed, followed by shipping updates and delivery details from our team or supplier.
• Upon Delivery: We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully. In the event you discover any damages notify us at support@myenergyflow.com immediately so we can assist promptly.

🔄Refund & Return Policy

• Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
  
• How to Start a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

🛡️Warranty

• Manufacturer's Warranty: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 10 years on the frame, 2 years on parts, and 1 year on labor.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, or use beyond recommended specifications.
