Shipping, Refunds & Warranty

📦 Shipping Policy

·        Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is ready, we coordinate directly with Stepr's logistics team to prepare the shipment.

·        Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Due to the size and weight of the Stepr Pro, units ship via freight delivery. Most deliveries arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier schedules.

·        Curbside Delivery: Your Stepr will be delivered to the curb outside your home with or without someone available to receive it. Please note that the delivery team does not assist with assembly or moving the product inside—arrange assistance if needed.

·        Tracking Details: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Our team will keep you updated on major delivery milestones.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Request Window: You may request to return your Stepr within 30 days of delivery if the unit is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

• Return Conditions: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all approved returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Initiating Return: To start a return, contact support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We will confirm next steps and coordinate your return shipment.

• Non-Returnable Items: Assembled, used, or damaged units are not eligible for return.
  

🛡️ Warranty

• Manufacturer’s Warranty: The Stepr Pro includes a Limited Light-Commercial Warranty covering 10 years on the frame, 3 years on parts, and 2 years on labor. For Home Use, the warranty is as follows: 10 years on the frame, 5 years on parts, and 3 years on labor

• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, or commercial use beyond recommended settings.

• Support & Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, contact support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. Our team will assist with troubleshooting, replacement parts, or repair coordination.
