• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Your product will be delivered by freight (curbside delivery) within 7-14 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on carrier availability and could be subject to additional charges.
• Shipment Dimensions & Weight: Unit is securely packaged in 2 card board boxes.: Box 1 (46 lbs) 96" x 11" x 7" (Post), Box 2 (40 lbs) 37" x 12" x 10" (base/parts). Total wight is 86 lbs.
• Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order acknowledgment by email once your order is placed, followed by shipping updates and delivery details from our team or supplier.
• Upon Delivery: We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully. In the event you discover any damages notify us at support@myenergyflow.com immediately so we can assist promptly.

• Return Window: You may request a return within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
