The Power Plate Power Shield is a low-profile, unobtrusive platform engineered to sit directly beneath your Personal Power Plate, effectively reducing residual vibrations. As the Power Plate operates, the Shield absorbs and disperses vibrations downward, functioning much like a shock absorber. This not only minimizes noise but also protects sensitive flooring and prevents disturbances to adjacent spaces.

Ideal for apartment living, office setups, or use on wood floors, the Power Shield ensures a quiet and discreet training experience. Please note, it is not compatible with the Personal Power Plate Stability Bar

• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Your product will be delivered within 7–14 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on carrier availability and could be subject to additional charges.
• Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order acknowledgment by email once your order is placed, followed by shipping updates and delivery details from our team or supplier.
• Upon Delivery: We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully. In the event you discover any damages notify us at support@myenergyflow.com immediately so we can assist promptly. 

Returns & Warranty

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that all return requests are carefully reviewed by the supplier, and final approval is at their discretion. 
  
• How to Start a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

• Manufacturer's Warranty: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, which includes 30 days against any defects. 
  
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond recommended specifications.
