Before You Order Your Sauna

What should I prepare before delivery?

Before your sauna arrives, make sure the installation area is fully prepared.

Outdoor saunas require a level, stable, and load-bearing base such as a concrete pad, patio stone base, or reinforced deck. Proper drainage is also important to help protect the wood over time.

You should also confirm there is a clear path from your curb to the installation area so the components can be moved safely into place.

How is the sauna delivered?

Most saunas arrive by freight on a pallet. Delivery is usually made to the curb or driveway area, based on carrier access and local conditions.

Tracking details are typically provided before arrival so you can plan ahead.

Delivery usually does not include backyard placement or assembly unless that is clearly stated on the product page.
Does this sauna arrive assembled or as a kit?

Most outdoor barrel saunas arrive as a kit and are assembled on site. The parts are designed to fit together in a clear step-by-step process.

Many customers assemble the sauna with a second person, while others choose to hire an installer for added ease.

Is the heater included?

The sauna heater is not included with this model and must be selected separately.

This allows you to choose a heater that best fits your space, usage, and electrical setup.

What are the electrical requirements?

Electrical needs depend on the heater you choose. Many traditional sauna heaters require a dedicated 240V hardwired connection, while lighting or accessories may need separate power.
