Does a SaunaLife sauna kits include the heater?
No. The sauna heater is selected separately, allowing the heater to be matched to the sauna room, installation plan, electrical setup, and preferred controls.
Heater sizing and required safety clearances should follow the heater manufacturer's specifications. The SaunaLife installation manuals also note that the supplied heater guard may not work with every heater if the required clearances cannot be maintained.
What type of foundation does a SaunaLife sauna need?
SaunaLife requires a stable, level, load-bearing base. The area beneath and around the sauna should also allow water to drain properly so the wood is not exposed to standing moisture.
