• Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order acknowledgment by email once your order is placed, followed by shipping updates and delivery details from our team or supplier.
• Upon Delivery: We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully. In the event you discover any damages notify us at support@myenergyflow.com immediately so we can assist promptly. 
• Premium Installation & Training: For complete onsite installation, precise setup and tuning, and personalized hands-on training, simply complete this step at checkout and our dedicated team will arrange this premium service for you.

🔄Refund & Return Policy

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
  
• How to Start a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

🛡️Warranty

• Manufacturer's Warranty: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 2-year warranty on the pod shell and structural components and a 1-year warranty on all electronic parts, including pumps, heater, filtration, lighting, and audio components.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond recommended specifications.
• Support & Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos.
