The Harvia Cilindro PC60E electric sauna heater is a modern pillar-style heater designed to deliver consistent heat and an immersive steam experience in small to medium-sized residential sauna rooms. Its vertical stainless steel tower holds a generous amount of sauna stones, allowing water to be poured over a wide surface area for smooth, evenly distributed steam. This design gives users greater flexibility in controlling humidity and heat intensity during each sauna session.

Engineered in Finland, the PC60E combines contemporary Scandinavian design with durable construction built for long-term performance. The open stone structure promotes efficient airflow and balanced heat distribution from floor to ceiling, helping maintain a comfortable and stable sauna environment. The stainless steel exterior resists corrosion and complements both modern and traditional sauna interiors.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
• How to Start a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

• Manufacturer's Warranty: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond recommended specifications.
