So Far - Still Assessing But Liking It!

We are enjoying our mat but we are still accessing the benefits. It would be helpful to have better instructions since it took a little work to figure out the controls. We are still unsure how to change the time limits. We really had to dig to figure out what the container with the Pellet stones was for. A magnet to test the PEMF. Also, it would be very helpful for the unit to beep when the time is up. It is very relaxing and it is easy to take a nap!

I've only used it twice. Following the second session, the lymphedema in my legs was way down and the Dupuytren contractures in my hands had eased up and not nearly as tight and painful.
