The Platinum Series is HealthyLine’s most customizable PEMF line. It allows users to adjust waveform, frequency, pulse duration, intensity, and session programming instead of relying only on fixed settings. It also includes preset PEMF programs for users who prefer a simpler starting point, making it well suited to experienced home users and professional wellness settings.
Choose based on how much coverage you want and where the mat will be used. The 32 × 20 in model is the most compact option for focused areas. The 40 × 18 in Chair model is designed for seated use. The 60 × 24 in version provides shorter full-body coverage, while the 72 × 24 in mat is HealthyLine’s standard full-body size. The 74 × 28 in Pro Plus provides additional width and is designed to fit many massage tables for professional or high-frequency use.
Sine and square describe how the PEMF signal changes over time. A sine wave rises and falls smoothly, while a square wave changes more abruptly between levels. Neither is automatically better. The Platinum controller lets you choose between both waveforms, giving this PEMF therapy mat more programming flexibility than HealthyLine models with a fixed waveform.
Yes. HealthyLine’s Platinum controls allow PEMF and the photon lights to operate independently of the heating system. This gives you flexibility to use the infrared PEMF mat with several different combinations of its available technologies rather than having to run every function during every session.
HealthyLine allows overnight use at lower heat settings. The manufacturer recommends using low temperatures for extended sessions and avoiding prolonged use at higher temperatures. Because the Platinum is a firm gemstone heating mat, users who prefer a softer surface can also use the included padded cover while following the instructions in the user guide.

Each Platinum setup includes the advanced programming controller as well as a simplified controller for more straightforward operation. A PEMF visualizer is also included, giving users a practical way to confirm when the mat’s pulsed electromagnetic field system is active.
HealthyLine adjusts the number of internal PEMF coils by model size. The compact 32 × 20 in and Chair models use four coils, the 60 × 24 in and 72 × 24 in full-body PEMF mats use six, and the 74 × 28 in Pro Plus uses eight, matching the PEMF layout to the available surface area.
