• Return Window: You may request a return within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, un-assembled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that all return requests are carefully reviewed by the supplier, and final approval is at their discretion. 
  
• Lifetime Trade-In Policy: Every HealthyLine product you purchase is backed by a lifetime trade-in program. At any time, you can return your mat and receive up to 50% of its original MSRP as credit toward a new HealthyLine purchase.
