📦 Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping Method & Delivery Times: Your product will be delivered by freight within 4-8 weeks. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on carrier availability and could be subject to additional charges.
• Freight Delivery: For larger items, our carrier partners will reach out directly to schedule your delivery at a convenient time. We recommend confirming promptly to ensure a smooth experience and avoid any unnecessary storage fees.
• Unloading Crates: For safety, customers are responsible for arranging the unloading of their sauna crate off the truck. 
  
  • Crates 92” or shorter: These can be accommodated with a liftgate, allowing the customer and driver to lower the crate safely to the ground.
  • Crates longer than 92”: A liftgate will not be available for unloading. In this case, customers will need to make one of the following arrangements:
    • Arrange for suitable equipment to be available at the time of delivery to unload the crate.
    • Use a trailer and collect the crate directly from the delivery terminal.
    • Rent a tilt tow truck and pick up the crate at the delivery terminal.
• Crate Dimensions: Depending on the model, crates range from approximately 6 feet to 14 feet in length.
• Crate Weight: Crates typically weigh between 800 and 1,600 pounds, based on the size of the sauna.
• Delivery Vehicle: In most cases, your order will arrive on an 18-wheel truck. Please consider whether this size vehicle can comfortably access your road or neighborhood.
• Residential Delivery Fee: Deliveries to residential addresses involve an additional $320 scheduling fee; however, My Energy Flow covers this cost so your order arrives with no added expense to you.
• Tracking Details: You’ll receive an order acknowledgment by email once your order is placed, followed by shipping updates and delivery details from our team or supplier.
• Address Changes: If a shipping address is modified after the order has left the factory, a service fee of $300 will apply.
• Upon Delivery: We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully. In the event you discover any damages notify us at support@myenergyflow.com immediately so we can assist promptly. Please also note any concerns on the Bill of Lading (e.g., ‘Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage’).

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• Final Sale: All Leisurecraft products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@myenergyflow.com. Our team will work closely with you to ensure the issue is resolved promptly and to your satisfaction.
• If a product must be returned to the factory, the following will apply:
  • 25% Restocking fee
  • Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
  • Supplier will inspect the product upon return and will be the sole decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund.

🛡️ Warranty

• Manufacturer's Warranty: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, or use beyond recommended specifications.
• Support & Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos.
