The Narvi Split-Face Sauna Stones are crafted from high-quality olivine diabase to deliver consistent heat retention and rich, authentic steam. Designed for use in electric and wood-burning sauna heaters, these angular stones feature naturally fractured surfaces that allow water to evaporate evenly, creating a softer and more balanced sauna experience.

Sized between 10–15 cm (4"–6"), the stones promote proper airflow when loosely stacked, helping heat circulate efficiently while supporting long-term heater performance. Their durable composition withstands repeated heating and cooling cycles, making them a reliable choice for both residential and commercial sauna installations.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Return Requirements: To help us maintain the highest level of service, all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
• How to Start a Return: Email support@myenergyflow.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

• Manufacturer's Warranty: Your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, including 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond recommended specifications.
